今回は『ニッスイ』から発売している『らーめん山頭火』監修の炊き込みご飯の素『塩豚骨スープ味』を紹介します。
一口食べた瞬間、塩豚骨ラーメンとわかるくらい味が凝縮されていてめちゃくちゃおいしかったです。
脂質は茶碗1杯あたり4gなので、体調が良ければクローン病患者でも食べてもいいのかなと思いました。
クローン病とは？
本文に入る前に、簡単にクローン病の説明をしたいと思います。
クローン病とは、食べ物が通る器官（食道から肛門）に炎症が起きる病気です。
そしてクローン病に欠かせないことといえば、食事です。

スーパーで購入しましたが、そのときの価格はだいたい170円でした。
ほかにも『醤油豚骨スープ味』があり、こちらもとてもおいしい商品でした。
脂質は『塩豚骨スープ味』より少ないので、どらかというと『醤油豚骨スープ味』のほうがクローン病患者に優しいですね。
『塩豚骨スープ』味の商品説明として公式サイトには、
「メンマ・きくらげ・豚肉の具材が入っています（2～3人前）。米、水、お好みの肉と一緒に炊くだけ。米2合用（2～3人前）の炊き込みご飯の素。おにぎりやお弁当に。冷めてもおいしい。
と記載されています。
個人的に2合は少ないですが、味はおいしいからオッケーです。
栄養成分
『塩豚骨スープ』味1袋あたりの栄養成分を見ていきましょう。
- エネルギー・・・188カロリー
- たんぱく質・・・6.4g
- 脂質・・・・・・12g
- 炭水化物・・・・13.6g
- 食塩相当量・・・9.1g
数値だけ見ると、脂質は12gと多いですが、1袋で3人前分でき、単純計算で1人前は脂質4gなので、個人的には許容範囲と思います。
とはいえ多い少ないの微妙なラインなので、体調が少しでも悪いときは食べないほうが無難ですね。
アレルギー物質は、
「小麦、ごま、大豆、鶏肉、豚肉」
なので当てはまる方は注意しましょう。
『らーめん山頭火』とは？
北海道旭川市をはじめ、全国のみならず海外まで店舗がある『らーめん山頭火』。
豚骨白湯スープの『しおらーめん』が定番メニューで、クセがなく最後までスープを飲み干せると評判高いラーメン屋です。
って書いたけどぼくは食べたことありません笑。
食べたいけど、さすがに脂質多そうだから食べないほうがいいのかも・・・、くやしい・・・。
クローン病患者はきくらげとメンマに注意が必要
ラーメンの具材によく使われるきくらげとメンマですが、クローン病患者であれば注意が必要です。
きくらげやメンマは食物繊維が豊富ですが、そのなかでも『不溶性食物繊維』の含まれる割合が大きいです。
『不溶性食物繊維』は腸を刺激して、排便を促す効果がありますが、クローン病患者にとっては腸を刺激されると炎症を起こす可能性があり、控えたほうがいい栄養素です。
今回紹介している商品は、具材がわりと細かく入っているので、体調が良いのであれば食べてもいいのかなと個人的に思います。
逆にいえば少しでも不安な方は食べないほうが絶対いいですよ。
味はどう？
気になるお味ですが、シンプルにめちゃくちゃおいしいです。
塩豚骨といわれなくてもすぐ塩豚骨ってわかるくらいです。
うまく米とラーメンが混ざってるなと感じました。
『醤油豚骨スープ味』もおいしかったから、『らーめん山頭火』の味が気になりだしてきました。
『らーめん山頭火』さん、脂質少なめのラーメンよろしくお願いします・・・。

脂質が1人前あたり4gと、個人的には許容範囲ですが、多い少ないの微妙なラインですので、少しでも体調が悪いときは食べないことをオススメします。
そして具材としてメンマとキクラゲが入っており、こちらもクローン病と相性が微妙なので、やはり体調が悪いときは食べないほうがいいですね。
とはいえ味はめちゃくちゃおいしいです。
